01Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you register for an event, enroll in a program, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your firm name, role, or other details you share on a form
• Billing information when you make a purchase
• Anything you send us by email or share during a program

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our systems.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working properly and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use your information to:

• Register you for events and programs and send you confirmations, reminders, access links, and recordings
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Deliver our programs, including live sessions and one-on-one coaching
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Send you occasional emails about our programs, events, and resources, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• Improve the Site and our programs
• Comply with legal obligations

03How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and deliver our programs:

• Program co-presenters. Our programs are presented by Ellen Rogin and Colleen Bowler. Registration and participant information may be shared between them and their teams to deliver the program.
• Service providers. We use trusted third-party tools to operate the Site and our programs, such as our website and email platform, video conferencing (for example, Zoom), email marketing, and payment processing. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
• Assessment providers. Some programs include third-party assessments (for example, KOLBE® and PRINT®). Information you provide directly to those providers is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

04Emails and Communication Preferences

If you register for an event or program, we will send you emails related to it. We may also send you information about future programs and resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you messages about a program you are enrolled in. We do not currently send text messages; if that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

05Session Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded. If you attend with your camera or microphone on, your image, voice, name, and comments may appear in the recording. Recordings are made available to program participants and are not shared publicly without your permission.

06How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our programs, stay in touch with you (unless you unsubscribe), and meet our legal and business obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your Choices and Rights" below).

07How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

09Children's Privacy

The Site and our programs are intended for adults and financial professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

The Site may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
