These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of indispensableadvisor.com (the "Site") and to any free event, masterclass, or paid program offered by The Indispensable Advisor™, including The Indispensable Advisor Accelerator (each, a "Program"). The Site and Programs are operated by Strategic Financial Designs Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Programs are presented by Ellen Rogin and Colleen Bowler.
By using the Site, registering for an event, or purchasing a Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or register for a Program.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or purchase a Program. Our Programs are designed for financial advisors and other financial professionals.
When you register or enroll, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your access links and login details are for your use only; please do not share them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Programs are delivered live online (for example, by Zoom) and may include recordings, worksheets, assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions as described on the Program's sales page. We will do our best to hold sessions as scheduled, but we may reschedule a session if necessary. If that happens, we will notify you and provide a recording or a replacement session.
Program prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase, including any early-bird pricing and its deadline. Payment is due in full at checkout unless another option is stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor.
You may cancel for a full refund by emailing [email protected] at least 7 days before the first live session. After that, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your seat to the next cohort one time.
Live sessions may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded, including your image, voice, name, and comments if your camera or microphone is on. Recordings are made available to Program participants for their own use and are not shared publicly without your permission. You may not record, download, or distribute sessions or recordings yourself.
Our Programs work best when participants feel safe sharing openly. You agree to:
We may remove anyone from a Program whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. In that case, no refund will be due.
All content on the Site and in our Programs, including videos, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, AI prompts, and written materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Indispensable Advisor™ is a trademark of its owners.
All worksheets, frameworks, and recordings are for your own use. You may not share, resell, or use them to teach others without our written permission.
Nothing in the Accelerator or our other Programs is financial, legal, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the rules and regulations that apply to your practice.
Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
Our Programs may use or link to third-party services, such as video conferencing platforms, payment processors, and assessment providers (for example, KOLBE® and PRINT®). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Site and Programs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any Program. Our total liability for any claim related to a Program will not exceed the amount you paid for that Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Financial Designs Inc., Ellen Rogin, Colleen Bowler, and their respective companies from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Programs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
